Dalai Grace has decades of experience coaching and mentoring people.

And there is one thing that is universally true: trying to help someone to create lasting change in their life is nearly impossible when someone is in a "stuck state."

A "stuck state" has its own neurochemical cocktail that the body is brewing up - mostly cortisol and adrenaline - and these neurochemicals support the fight and flight response.  Not helpful when desiring change.

So we need to move those neurochemicals OUT and bring on the neurochemicals that support change: dopamine, seratonin, endorphins, and oxytocin!

So in these alchemical journeys, we are invoking positive neurochemistry in multiple ways including breath, guided meditation, music, sound, group coherence, and more!

When we have physically moved beyond the stuck state into a higher state of consciousness where our nervous system is down-regulated, our heart opens and we are more receptive to change, insights, downloads, and upgrades!

Responsibility
This is really important: you are a sovereign being, in your own body, looking out your own eyes, with your own awareness of your body including your body’s capabilities/limitations/needs and where your body is in time and space.

It is your responsibility to bring whatever you need to be fully responsible for yourself and caring for your body for the duration of the day.  Please see the What to Bring section in the FAQs.

 It is 100% your decision and your responsibility for participating in this journey.

Really this is up to you.  What do you need to care for yourself for the day whether seated or laying down?  

Suggestions:

• Wear comfortable clothes and bring layers.
• FULL water bottle that FULLY closes/seals.
• A HEALTHY snack for after - for yourself and/or to share: fruit and nuts are great options!
• Floor pad such a yoga mat or sleeping pad, SINGLE WIDTH.
• Blankets and pillows.  If you get cold easily, bring extra blankets.
• Eye mask to support you in staying inward / disconnecting from the 3D world outside of you.
• Journal/paper and pen.

Please note, the event host and Dalai Grace are NOT providing these things.  Part of doing this work is showing up for your Self 100%, accepting and taking RESPONSIBILITY for YOU, including physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Dalai Grace is here to support you in this journey, not do it for you.

Those that arrive to these experiences without the items they need are learning exactly what they need to.  They often learn their lack of preparation and attentiveness to their own needs creates their own discomfort and suffering.
